Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be in the original package.
